Certification of Mailing of Tax Notices

This is notification under Section 336 (1) of the Municipal Government Act that Combined Tax Notices & Property Assessments were mailed to all property owners in the Summer Village of Silver Beach on May 21, 2025.

Please note: All assessed persons are deemed to have received their Combined Tax Notice & Property Assessment as a result of this notice.

Any assessed person who does not receive a Combined Tax Notice & Property Assessment, is responsible for payment of all taxes owing, regardless of non-receipt of notice.

Please contact the Summer Village Office if you do not receive your mailed copy.

Note: In the case of a Canada Post mail strike, we will work on alternatives if you have not yet received your tax notice. This will not change the due date of taxes which is June 30, 2025.
